90min session exploring the ancient roots of tantra, immersing in holistic practises and sacred rituals of connection. Activating the sacred life force energy within you and allowing the eros of life to flow through you as you embody deeply into your senses and recognise how to flow with the divine spiral of life. Focusing on activation within thy self of source energy, kundalini activation and understanding energy channels of the body, expanding and enlightening the mind and bringing the soul home to self. Sexuality is sacred and so tantra sessions include breathwork techniques, transcendental meditation, ancient yogic practices, and intentional energy work…I teach and encourage the activation and internal remembrance of ancient truths through Tantra. Liberation in one's sexuality and self-expression/connection with self and source.
